The prices below are inclusive of energy (electricity, fuel oil, coal & wood), bed linen and towels.
A £200 deposit is required to reserve the booking with the remaining balance required 8 weeks before arrival. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, then full payment is required. Payments within UK are made by cheque or PayPal, and overseas payments are by PayPal only. (A 5% handling charge will be applied for all PayPal payments)
A £100 refundable bond is also required at time of final payment to cover any damages beyond wear and tear and/or extensive cleaning after rental period.
